How Did Our Story Begin and What Do We Offer?
First, we would like to take you back in time so that we can be better understood. Our founder's journey in the sector began in 2010 when he returned to Turkey from England, where he went to study foreign languages. His career in the furniture sector, which started in the logistics field, underwent a major transformation in a short time. In 2013, he stepped into the sleep products sector and focused on this field. His great interest in sleep products pushed him to seek innovative solutions and higher quality products.
By deepening his knowledge and experience in sleep products, he started to search for a better offering. He closely followed the production processes and constantly researched the product content, raw materials and technology. With this awareness, he adopted the philosophy of bringing value-oriented innovation and cutting-edge technology products to the consumers by highlighting them in his sales.
In the feedback received from consumers over the years, it has been observed that the sleep quality of those who made their choices with their suggestions has improved and their satisfaction has increased. In this way, a great awareness has been created about how sleep products produced with quality, innovation and technological changes provide better service to consumers.
Our founder's awareness in this area gained a more personal dimension with the sciatic nerve compression due to a herniated disc and spinal misalignment resulting from an accident. Our founder, who experienced sciatic nerve compression as a result of the accident, conducted in-depth research on the spine and sleep. In light of this research, while developing our bed designs, he had the opportunity to experience the effects of correct sleep surfaces on spinal health as a result of the R&D studies he conducted on himself. During this process, he discovered that the balanced distribution of pressure in beds provides serious relief by reducing nerve compression and thus increases the quality of deep sleep.
Over the years, as a result of this experience, knowledge and research, he realized that many beds had shortcomings. However, he identified the essentials that the ideal bed for everyone should include.
He expresses these findings as follows:
1. Pressure Distribution and Sleep Quality:
While we are unconscious during sleep, we lie in different sleeping positions throughout the night without realizing it. Just like different body profiles, the pressure applied to the bed changes in different sleeping positions. Therefore, the ideal bed should distribute the pressure applied to the body at an ideal level even in spouses with different body profiles or in every sleeping position we take during sleep. However, since the pressure applied to us by the bed in traditional beds changes with each sleeping position or different body profiles; for example, a bed that we feel comfortable lying on when we lie on our back may create excessive pressure on the body when we lie on our side or stomach, causing discomfort. Or similar situations may occur in different sleeping positions. This may manifest itself as interrupted sleep at night or nerve compression or numbness when we wake up in the morning.
If it becomes chronic, it leads to deterioration of spinal health and sleep quality. As a result, our health and quality of life are negatively affected.
2. Personalized Comfort:
Especially when spouses with opposite body mass indexes sleep in the same bed, the bed should provide personalized waist and hip support. Otherwise, the bed may be too hard for one person and too soft for the other. This incompatibility can create a load on the spine and make it difficult to transition into deep sleep. It is critical for the bed to provide ideal pressure distribution for everyone and extra waist and hip support when needed, in terms of sleep comfort.
3. Innovative Heat Transfer and Air Circulation:
The balanced distribution of body heat on the surface of the bed is vital for deep and quality sleep. Although the bed creates a feeling of coolness on its surface, when the heavy points of the body put more pressure on the bed, air circulation decreases and heat transfer is weakened. This can cause sweating and moisture accumulation, leading to hygiene problems and shortening the life of the bed. Regional air channels should be opened on all layers of the bed to ensure maximum air circulation and prevent moisture accumulation.
4. Hygiene and Portable Outer Case:
